Through our Customized Art service you may challenge the artist you choose from our catalogue, to create according to the specific space and theme parameters you are interested in.

525 ART plays a key role in cooperation and management due to the fact that this kind of hiring requires fluent communication between the parties. We make this service possible beyond the physical distances that may exist. Every existing communication tool will be available for the contracting party anywhere in the world in pursuit of a friendly and close exchange such as: Internet, video conference, chat, file transfer services through FTP, plus the possibility to travel wherever and whenever necessary. Our role also includes giving advice on the legal terms and conditions of the contract. 525 ART guarantees its clients´ full satisfaction.

This first e-mail does not commit you to a contract, of course. It is just the first step to start conversations. We will send you a quotation and form of payment within two weeks’ time. The artist might need to ask you some more questions during this period.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
-You will get a quotation and form of payment that will include part of the payment before the beginning of the work.
-The first sketch (proposal) the artist makes is of no cost to you. It will be presented to the client once the quotation has been accepted and before the initial payment.
- The artist will have the choice of accepting or refusing the customized artwork at any time during the project. The artist will be bound when the sketch or project is accepted, the contract signed and the initial payment made.
- Unless he wants to of his own free will, the artist is not obliged to make alterations to his artwork suggested by the hiring party.
- The artist has developed a project, he has presented it and it has been approved. However, he can make alterations throughout the production process according to the best of his knowledge within the reasonable parameters of his “standard” style of work. On the other hand, if he wants to radically innovate, the artist will communicate his intentions to 525 ART and to the hiring party.
