Return policy

525 ART guarantees its clients´ full satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the art piece you acquired in www.525art.com, you will have 5 working days to change it or return it to us. This term is counted as from the moment stated in the courier’s notice of delivery.

Your payment will be kept in a “waiting period”, and if you decide not to buy the art piece, we request you to notify us of your decision within these 5 days by sending an e-mail under the subject “change” or “return”.

We will advise you on the immediate packing and shipping which is to be the same used by 525 ART. Shipping insurance must be always included.

Upon receiving the art piece returned in the same condition we sent it, WE WILL PAY BACK THE FULL PRICE OF THE ART PIECE. The expenses for packing, shipping and shipping insurance you incurred for the art piece to be sent to you will not be paid back.

Return shipping costs and insurance shall be borne by the buyers who return their purchase.

This payment shall be made by a secure electronic payment method in www.paypal.com.

We insist that the returned art piece must be sent back in its original packing, by the same courier used by us and with the same shipping insurance.
