Sculpture | Assemblage
We are introducing a selection of original contemporary fine art works in sculpture, assemblages and installations, all unique, not in editions, that were created by both established and emergent artists. We include a wide diversity of styles, from the clear Latin American spirit and constructive school to subjective contemporary and conceptual approaches. Different materials: wood, concrete, iron, metals, stone, cardboard, etc.
José-María Pelayo (Bio)
José María Pelayo’s sculptures, loyal to the Latin American spirit, are assemblies of objects that carry the trace of time and usage in themselves. In his series of almost surreal characters, he reinvents and satirizes. These are constructive works in full colors that tackle the complex relationship between the human being and their everyday objects. Contradictions: … a drive machine becomes a utensil to rest… new meanings that assemble like a Lego in our imagination.

Vladimir Muhvich (Bio)
It is impossible to label Vladimir Muhvich’s work within the pictorial language. It includes paintings, engravings, installments, and assemblies. Each piece, as if span by an invisible conduit, depends on the whole. He approaches the wandering circulation between the outside and the inside of a physical or spiritual space, either the human body or an abstract entity. We suggest looking at the details of his work so as to appreciate his skill imprinting on Japanese paper and the minimal lines of engraving

Eloísa Ibarra (Bio)
Eloísa Ibarra’s abstract and constructive style in her paintings, engravings and sculptures invites us to a tranquil contemplation. Her austere expression in limited surfaces of color alludes to profound complexities. Walls, from inside and from outside. Sometimes, his paintings become sculptures. There is an interest to tackle lockups and liberation. Excellence at the exploration of diverse materials, tonality and texture.
